Rick Parks

President & CEO, First National Bank of Waterloo

Rick Parks has been in banking for over 30 years and currently serves as President & CEO of First National Bank of Waterloo. He earned his B.S. from Olivet Nazarene University in 1987 and his MBA from St. Louis University in 1992. Rick has been a member of the Leadership Council for over 15 years, and was appointed to the Executive Committee in 2022. He also serves on many other non-profit boards, including Greater St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Illinois Bankers Association, and St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation Board. Rick and his wife, Trisha, have lived in O’Fallon, Illinois for over 30 years and have three adult children.
