Steve Zuber, SIOR, CCIM is a partner with BARBERMURPHY, the largest commercial/industrial real estate firm in Southern Illinois.

A long-time real estate broker, specializing specifically on the industrial real estate sector for more than a decade, Steve has gained a dynamic and comprehensive view of the Downstate Illinois market. His hands-on experience with manufacturing and warehousing gives him a depth of knowledge that proves to be a distinct advantage when working with clients.

Steve has represented BARBERMURPHY on Leadership Council for six years, most recently serving as chairperson of the Economic Development Committee. BARBERMURPHY has been a member of Leadership Council for 20 years.

Steve’s accreditations include SIOR and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Zuber is the 2022 President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) He’s enthusiastic about the immense industrial potential Southwestern Illinois has. His long-term dedication to the region and its businesses is clear.

Steve was born and raised in Central Illinois and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Millikin University in Decatur, IL

Steve lives in Kirkwood, MO with his wife, Lori, and son, Vito.
