2027 Global Aerospace Summit

Coming August 2027

Location TBD

Launched in 2025, the Global Aerospace Summit has quickly become a premier gathering showcasing the strength, innovation, and growth potential of the St. Louis region’s aerospace and defense ecosystem. Presented by the Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois in partnership with the St. Louis Regional Freightway, Madison County, and St. Clair County, the Summit brings together aerospace manufacturers, suppliers, military and government leaders, educators, workforce partners, and economic development professionals to build relationships, strengthen the aerospace supply chain, and create new opportunities for investment and growth.

Following a successful inaugural event in 2025, the 2026 Global Aerospace Summit expanded its reach, welcoming more than 250 attendees and 150+ job seekers, with participants representing 13 states and six countries. Programming featured industry leaders from Boeing, Gulfstream Aerospace Corp., West Star Aviation, Scott Air Force Base and others discussing the future of aerospace manufacturing, defense, unmanned systems, sustainable aviation fuels, workforce development, and emerging technologies. From industry panels and supplier matchmaking to the Scott Air Force Base Career Fair and unique networking experiences at World Wide Technology Raceway, the Summit continues to demonstrate why the greater St. Louis region is positioned to compete — and lead — in the future of aerospace.

Two years of momentum. One globally connected aerospace region. Stay tuned for the 2027 Global Aerospace Summit!
